Return Policy.

Sali Company allows you to return purchased items/products within 5 calendar days:

If the item/product does not comply with the standards agreed upon in the order (sizes, colors, processing, etc.)

If the item/product is damaged and cannot be replaced.

In the event of any of the above cases, the buyer is obliged to inform the company of the situation in writing, via email or SMS message. Otherwise, the company reserves the right not to compensate for such a case.

If the buyer notifies the company of the existing case within the aforementioned deadlines, the company is obliged to pay the transportation fee and refund the buyer the cost of the product.

The company is also obliged to inspect the returned item/product and, in case of other damage, even during transportation, inform the buyer of the situation within 5 calendar days. Consequently, the buyer is obliged to compensate for the damage within 30 calendar days.
